General terms and conditions

1. General:

On all orders and our promoties are we applying our general terms and cinditions. When you place your order, you do agree with our general terms and conditions. The prices on our website are in EURO € and are inclusive 21% VAT. These prices are exclusive delivery costs. Miniatuur4sale.be reserves the right to change its prices and rates, depending on any price adjustments made by the manufacturer. Prices are subject to typing errors.


2. Order:

-Online: After you have submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. -By telephone: It is also possible to order by telephone on 0496/77.10.85 or 0495/45.27.95. If an order is ready and is not collected or paid or we do not receive a response to our email, it will expire after 14 days and the advance payment (if any) will not be refunded but should cover the costs incurred. For an order from a new customer or for advance orders or for amounts above € 200.00, we ask for a 15% deposit with a minimum of € 15.00. All orders via website or email are only activated when payment or advance payment has been received.


3. Delivery-/ Pick-up-/Paymentmethode:


Unless confirmed, the mode of transport, shipment, packaging is determined by Miniatuur4sale.be. -Delivery time: the product(s) that you can order on our website, if the products(s) is/are on stock and when we received the payment, will be within 2 working days delivered (only for Belgium) - other countries can have a longer shipment transit time (between 2 and 4 working days). We will inform you within 3 working days if the product is not in stock with us and we will inform you, via e-mail, about the delivery time (also check the product when ordering a pre-order).The delivery time that we give, can never be concluded as incorrect (as we are depending on information from the suppliers). the delay from the delivery time can never lead to a financial compensation or any other action against Miniatuur4sale.be. -Delvery costs: look into "deliveries and cost" -Advance payment: an order that must be shipped, is always an advance payment (via bank transfer) applicable or you can execute the payment via Paypal/Visa/Mastercard when you place your order via our website (via secured SSL). If you place your order and you chose for a bank transfer, Minaituur4sale.be will sent you a separate e-mail with the bank details. Once we received your bank transfer, your order will be shipped. We charge costs for payments via Paypal amounting to 4 %, these will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the amount of the item.


4. Damaged articles / returns:


Damaged articles: you need to check the article(s) after delivery on any damage and this should be reported withing 5 days after receipt. All our articles will be checked by us before shipping. We are not responsible for damages during shippping, these must be addressed towards the shipping company.
Returns can be done, withing the legal term of 14 days in the original packaging, without any damaged to the article and the box, shipping costs are for the buyer.


5. Cancellations / the right of withdrawal:

If an order is canceled in the first 14 days after the date of order, no administrative costs will be charged.If an order is canceled more than 14 days after the date of the order, an administrative fee of 15% will be charged on the total amount. Any advance on a pre-order is non-refundable and serves to cover the administrative costs incurred. 
Refunds are only made to a bank account.
Once an order has been cancelled, it can no longer be activated.If, for whatever reason, we cannot proceed with delivery on time, this will not give rise to cancellation.

6. Price review clause:

A price can only be revised if there is a price increase or price decrease that is directly the result of a price increase or a price decrease of raw materials, fuels and/or hourly wages at the manufacturer of the ordered product and that the manufacturer passes on this adjustment to Keebrey's BV.
We are then forced to also apply this price adjustment to our sales prices.
This incident, beyond our control, does not give the right to cancel the current order.
However, the price increase may not exceed 80% of the total price of the order. If this is the case, the customer can cancel the order.

7. Right of withdrawal:

No costs will be charged for the right of withdrawal within 14 days. The goods will be sent back at the expense of the buyer an insured shipment in the original packaging and undamaged. If any damage is found, no refund is possible.

8. Delivery:

With bpost-Myparcel, door delivery: 0 - 10kg: 8,99€ (with insurance till 500,00€)

Free delivery for all orders above 225,00€.(Not on promotional models)

Deliveries outside of Belgium

With PostNL: door delivery : 0 - 10kg: 9,95€ (with insurance till 500,00€)

Via DPD - door delivery: 0 - 10kg: 13,95€ (with insurance till 500,00€)

Spain - Portugal - Italie - Austria:
With bpost/DPD: 20,00€ (with insurance till 500,00€)

With bpost/DPD:28,95€ (with insurance till 500,00€)

Worldwide shipping - price on request

General:

If the buyer opts for an uninsured shipment, he cannot hold us liable for damage and / or loss of the shipment.

All our orders that we are shipping, are always packed diligent!
Payment in advance applies always for orders that must be shipped.
All information will be shared via e-mail.
As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be shipped.
We will inform you via e-mail about the changes from your order.
